Tuesday Throwdown #18

Happy Tuesday! Sorry this is late - my scheduled post didn't post!

Our challenge at Tuesday Throwdown this week is paper pleating.  I went to a 1st birthday party last weekend for my husband's cousin's baby, so I made this card for her.

Details:
Paper from the Target $1 bin (I couldn't find a brand name on the packaging)
Stamp - 1st birthday girl by Mo Manning
Misc: Ribbon, adhesive rhinestones from stash, Circle Nestabilities, Bic Mark it Markers

Challenges:
1. Tuesday Throwdown - Paper Pleating
2. Tuesday Morning Sketches - handmade flower

This is absolutely precious all the way around. The image is colored so sweetly and your choice on papers and embellishments just add to the card!
